You'll have your own room to decorate and make personal — we'll help it feel like your space from day one.
Yes, absolutely. Clothes, photos, favourite items — anything safe that helps you feel comfortable is welcome.
Yes — we'll support you with school, college, training or alternative education suited to you.
Where it's safe and part of your care plan, we'll help arrange contact with the people who matter to you.
You can talk to staff any time. We'll always listen and help you feel safe and supported.
Yes — but they're there to keep everyone safe and help the home run smoothly, and we'll always explain them clearly.
Yes, we support clubs, trips and hobbies that are safe and right for you, in line with your care plan and risk assessment.

For professionals
We support young people aged 12–18.
Complex trauma, exploitation risk (CSE/CCE), behavioural needs, emotional dysregulation and placement breakdown histories, subject to assessment.
24/7 staffing including waking nights, delivered by trained, trauma-informed practitioners.
Our homes are small and nurturing, with no more than three to four young people at any one time.
Recent assessments, chronology, risk assessments, education information, and relevant care plan documents.
Yes, subject to current availability and risk suitability.
Closely — with social workers, IROs, mental health services, schools and police, alongside trusted therapy, training and work-experience partners.
For families
Where it's safe and agreed in the care plan, we'll help arrange calls, visits or messages.
Through clear safeguarding policies, trained staff, thorough risk assessments and consistent daily routines.
Visits can be arranged depending on each young person's plan and what's in their best interests.
You can contact the home directly, or their social worker — we'll always point you to the right person.
