Using live experience to build better care
Reshape Support family
Real change starts with real people. Meet the practitioners, therapists and partners who share one mission — giving young people the stability, safety and opportunities they deserve.
Who we are
Built on live experience and professional excellence.
Our organisation is built on live experience, professional excellence, and a deep understanding of the challenges vulnerable young people face. Every member of our team brings unique skills, compassion and insight, creating a family-like environment where children feel supported, valued, and encouraged to rise above their circumstances.
What holds us together
This page is a window into the people behind the work — the practitioners, therapists, mentors and partners who make Reshape Support more than a service. We're a community committed to trauma-informed care, holistic support, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every young person who walks through our doors.
