For social care professionals

Placement information for professionals

We provide specialist, trauma-informed residential care for young people with complex needs — including those at risk of exploitation, placement breakdown, or significant emotional and behavioural challenges. Homes are small and family-style, with no more than one or two young people, so care stays consistent and relational.

Why us

Staff who are here because they truly care.

Every member of our team brings professional experience and a genuine commitment to creating safety, stability and belonging for young people who've faced trauma or instability. We don't simply provide placements — we build relationships, because we believe healing starts with trust, consistency, and adults who show up with compassion and patience, every single day.

Who we support

  • Young people typically aged 12–17
  • Those at risk of criminal or sexual exploitation (CCE/CSE)
  • Young people experiencing placement breakdown or instability
  • Children with histories of significant trauma
  • Those requiring 1:1 or 2:1 staffing
  • Young people needing structured, relationship-based support

Our approach

A personalised model of care

Trauma-informed practice

We read behaviour in the context of what a young person has lived through, not in isolation from it.

Relational care

Trust, consistency and emotional safety come before anything else — the relationship is the intervention.

Structure and clear boundaries

Predictable routines that lower anxiety, reduce risk, and help a young person feel steady.

Holistic support

Education, emotional wellbeing, life skills and community integration, addressed together.

Strengths-led planning

We plan around abilities, interests and protective factors — not just risk.

Multi-agency collaboration

We work closely alongside social workers, families and the wider professional network.
